So I gave Erin a bowl of yogurt this morning for breakfast. She was watching Madagascar 2 as well. She seemed fairly content, so I sat on the couch to feed Patrick, and talk to Adrienne on the phone (since she called).
So I looked up at Erin at one point and she was taking spoonfuls of yogurt and PUTTING THEM ON HER HEAD.
And on a completely different note, I just got a call from the "ask a nurse" program at the hospital I delivered Patrick at. They just wanted to check up on me, ask me a bunch of questions to see if Patrick and I are doing well, etc. It was actually a fairly amazing experience for me. I mentioned that Patrick was looking a little jaundiced, and she went through a list of things to call a doctor immediately for. None of them Patrick has right now, but what makes me angry is that Erin had every single one. And I didn't know what to be looking for. GAH!!! If I had known, then I could have gotten her in sooner, and she probably wouldn't have had to be on the bili blanket for a week!!
Oh well, nice to know I'm in a better area now.
Apologies….

that sucks that your hospital didn't give you more info for jaundice with Erin... And those pics are SOOOOOO gross!! lol
Gorgeous hair! The hospital that I had Braden at didn't do that either, so it was kind of a surprise when the one here called after I had Noah. I think all hospitals should do that. Not everyone knows everything about babies, and sometimes it's just nice to have someone check up on you. I'm glad that you've got a good hospital now.
Actually, I think she looks cute all covered in yogurt... But then again, that's probably just because she looks cute in general, and has nothing actually to do with the addition of yogurt.
That is frustrating about the hospital not telling you with Erin. Grrrrr... MMH!!!
OMG! So cute!
Ahhh so cute. I love it!
